校企合作人才培养模式下的文创设计教学改革研究

Research on the Teaching Reform of Cultural and Creative Design under the Mode of School-Enterprise Cooperation

文章简要分析了校企合作对文创设计教学起到的积极作用,如提供丰富资源、强化实践教学、促进双创教育等。探究了校企合作人才培养模式下文创设计教学普遍存在的问题,如企业过于被动、人才培养结构单一、“双师型”教师缺乏、双创教育实践不到位等。从构建校企双方共同主导的育人模式、综合考量多方因素优化人才培养结构、全面创新与拓展文创设计教学模式、加强“双师型”队伍建设、深化双创教育和文创设计教学的融合等方面,提出了教学改革策略。

This paper briefly analyzes the positive role of school-enterprise cooperation in the teaching of cultural and creative design,such as providing rich resources,strengthening practical teaching,and promoting entrepreneurship and innovation education.This paper probes into the common problems in innovative design teaching under the school-enterprise cooperation talent training mode,such as enterprises being too passive,the single talent training structure,the lack of"double-qualified"teachers,and the inadequate practice of entrepreneurship and innovation education.The teaching reform strategy is put forward from the following aspects:constructing the education mode jointly led by both schools and enterprises,comprehensively considering various factors to optimize the talent training structure,comprehensively innovating and expanding the teaching mode of cultural and creative design,strengthening the construction of"double qualified"team,deepening the integration of entrepreneurship and innovation education and cultural and creative design teaching.
