不同生境下两种引诱剂对白星花金龟的协同诱集效果评价 被引量:3

Evaluation on the synergistic trapping effects of two trap lures to Protaetia brevitarsis Lewis in different habitats

摘要 为评价糖醋液诱芯协同处理对白星花金龟的诱集效果,分别在葡萄园、玉米田和杨树林悬挂诱捕器,采用糖醋液、诱芯及糖醋液诱芯协同处理诱集白星花金龟。结果表明,在整个生育期3种处理在葡萄园与玉米田的诱集总量分别为1621.7头和1543.0头,显著高于杨树林中的诱集量(41.7头)。白星花金龟在葡萄园有2次发生盛期,分别为6月上旬和8月上旬,在玉米田有3次发生盛期,分别为6月上旬、7月中旬和8月下旬;两种生境中5月至8月下旬雌少雄多,之后雌虫略多于雄虫,整体上雌雄比分别为1∶1.4(葡萄园)和1∶1.3(玉米田)。在葡萄园和玉米田中糖醋液诱芯协同处理的诱集量从始至终都优于糖醋液、诱芯单独处理及两处理之和,甚至在葡萄园中显著高于糖醋液与诱芯单独处理之和,表明2种引诱剂协同处理可显著提高诱集效果。 In order to evaluate the synergistic effect of the sugar-acetic acid solution with the trap core to Protaetia brevitarsis,the traps of sugar-acetic acid solution,lure core and a synergy of both lures in vineyard,cornfields and poplar grove were set up for the adults of P.brevitarsis.The total numbers of catches in vineyard and cornfield by three traps in whole growth period were 1621.7 and 1543.0 individuals,respectively,which were significantly higher than those in poplar grove(41.7 individuals).There were two peak period(early June and early August)for P.brevitarsis found in the vineyard,and three peak periods(early June,mid-July and late August)found in the cornfield.There were more males than females from May to late August in two habitats,and then the number of females were slightly higher than males in both habitats.The ratio of females to males was 1∶1.4(in vineyard)and 1∶1.3(in cornfield).The catches by the sugar-acetic acid solution combined with the trap core were consistently higher than that by sugar-acetic acid solution or trap core and even the sum of both treatments in two habitats,especially,it was significantly higher than the sum of catches by the sugar-acetic acid solution and the trap core alone in vineyard,indicating that the synergy of the two lures have a remarkable effect on trapping P.brevitarsis.
