生态文明视角下皖江城市带绿色发展评价及障碍因子诊断

摘要 结合皖江城市带各地区发展特色,构建绿色发展评价指标体系,采用熵权-TOPSIS模型和障碍度模型,综合分析皖江城市带绿色发展水平的时空特征并探寻阻碍绿色发展的障碍因子。结果表明:皖江城市带绿色发展水平整体上呈现出上升趋势,但其绝对值水平较低,且区域内差异较大;绿色发展四维度水平均有所上升,绝对值上表现为绿色资源>绿色社会>绿色创新>绿色经济的顺序,且各地区优势项目不同;绿色创新是阻碍皖江城市带绿色发展的主要维度,科技产出、社会保障、科技投入、地区资源和人民生活是阻碍皖江城市带绿色发展的主要因子。基于上述结论,从创新、协同、特色发展等方面提出优化路径。 Combined with the development characteristics of each region of the Wanjiang urban belt,a green development evaluation index system is constructed.The entropy weighted TOPSIS model and the obstacle degree model are used to comprehensively analyze the space-time characteristics of the green development level of the Wanjiang urban belt and explore the obstacle factors that hinder green development.The results show that the green development level of Wanjiang urban belt reflects an overall upward trend,but its absolute value level is low,and the regional difference is large;the four-dimensional level of green development has risen,and the absolute value is shown in the order of green resources>green society>green innovation>green economy,and the advantageous projects in different regions are different;green innovation is the main dimension that hinders the green development of Wanjiang urban belt.Scientific and technological output,social security,scientific and technological input,regional resources and people’s lives are the main factors that hinder the green development of Wanjiang urban belt.Based on the above conclusions,the optimization path is proposed from the aspects of innovation,collaboration,characteristic development,etc.
