摘要
在分析人力资源管理课程教学存在问题的基础上,依据课程知识和能力目标,从内容、过程、方法(CPM)三个维度构建了人力资源管理课程教学的模型。对比研究结果表明:采用全方位更新的教学内容、全流程互动的教学过程和全景化实践的教学方法教学,可以明显提升教学效果。
Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the teaching of human resource management course,according to the course knowledge and ability objective,the teaching model of human resource management course is constructed from three dimensions of content,process and method(CPM).The results of comparative study show that the teaching effect can be obviously improved by adopting the teaching method of all-round updated teaching content,whole process interactive teaching process and panoramic practice.
