摘要
为了解决传统胎心监护“先监护,后评估”的模式存在的非实时监控和因归档需要产生大量纸质报告的问题,本文基于三瑞SRF618S中央站组建中央监护网络系统,打通中央监护网络系统与HIS和EMR接口,提出一种住院场景下胎心监护实时监控和无纸化的方案。中央站能实时接收、监控胎心监护数据并发出异常警报,同时医护人员在中央站上分析胎心监护数据、生成报告并上传到电子病历。经过在我院产科住院病区使用,基于SRF618S中央站的住院胎心监护系统能达到实时监测胎心数据,提高了临床医师发现胎儿在宫内是否出现缺氧等异常状态的时效,将胎心监护报告电子化,避免产生大量的纸质报告。
In order to solve the problem that the non real-time monitoring and generate a large number of paper reports for Archiving needs caused by the traditional fetal heart rate monitoring mode of"monitoring first and evaluation later",this paper proposes a real-time monitoring and paperless scheme for fetal heart rate monitoring in the inpatient scenario scene based on the central monitoring network system established by the Sunray SRF618s central station,which connects the central monitoring network system with HIS and EMR.The central station can receive and monitor the fetal heart rate monitoring data in real-time and send abnormal alarm.Meanwhile,the medical personnel analyze the fetal heart rate monitoring data on the central station,generate reports and upload reports to the EMR.After being used in the obstetric inpatient ward of our hospital,the in-patient fetal heart rate monitoring system based on the SRF618s central station can realize real-time monitoring of fetal heart rate data,improve the timeliness for clinicians to find out whether the fetus has abnormal conditions such as hypoxia in the uterus,and electronize the fetal heart rate monitoring reports to avoid generating a large number of paper reports.
