摘要
在医院人事档案管理工作中应用办公自动化,可有效实现档案资料的信息共享、实现档案储存方式的多样化、延长档案储存的寿命并提高档案管理工作的效率,为后续档案管理工作的开展和应用建立良好的基础。本文主要对医院人事档案管理的现状、实施办公自动化的必要性及实施办公自动化的可行性建议等方面进行综述,以提高医院人事档案管理的工作效率,提升管理质量,确保档案的安全性。
The application of Office Automation in the management of hospital personnel archives can realize effectively the information sharing of archive materials,realize the diversification of archive storage methods,prolong the life of archive storage and improve the efficiency of archive management work.and application to establish a good foundation.This paper summarizes mainly the current situation of hospital personnel archive management,the necessity of implementing Office Automation and the feasible suggestions for implementing Office Automation,etc,in order to improve the efficiency of hospital personnel archive management,improve management quality,and ensure the security of archives.
