摘要
高压断路器是重要的电力保护设备,其操动机构大多为弹簧机构、液压机构等。操作机构普遍为模块化结构,以各种组件在断路器机构箱内紧密排列构成。如果操动机构发生了故障,必须对机构箱内部组件进行整体更换。传统采用的人工和叉车的更换方法有很大安全隐患,易发生坠落伤人或叉车翻覆的情况。为此设计了一种便于组件拆卸、安装的检修装置。装置主要用于质量和体积较大的组件检修,可以灵活调节重心并且方便移动,不仅可以有效保障人员的安全,还能大大缩短停电检修时间。
High voltage circuit breaker is an important power protection equipment.Its operating mechanism,mostly spring mechanism or hydraulic mechanism,is generally of modular structure,with various components in the circuit breaker mechanism box closely arranged.If the operating mechanism fails,the internal components of the mechanism box must be replaced as a whole.The traditional manual and forklift methods have great safety risk of falling or overturning.Therefore,a maintenance device is designed to facilitate the disassembly and installation of components.With the gravity center flexibly adjusted,the device can be easily moved and is mainly used for the maintenance of components with large mass and volume,which not only effectively ensures the safety of personnel,but also greatly shortens the maintenance time.
