基于机组深调模式下的改进型PID控制方法分析

摘要 常规PID自动控制仅依靠对偏差进行比例、积分、微分计算,常常无法满足低负荷工况下自动控制系统的安全稳定需求,严重时会导致锅炉燃烧不稳定、机组非停等问题。另外当控制偏差过大时,还常导致自动控制系统调节滞后从而出现控制参数与执行机构耦合振荡的情况;而当小的控制偏差一直存在时,又会造成控制器的频繁调节,致使系统波动。为了克服以上问题,需要一种更加智能及合理的PID控制,模仿运行人员的思维自动判断及调整输出,保证控制参数、执行机构的平稳变化。 The conventional PID automatic control only relies on the proportional,integral and differential calculation of the deviation,which often fails to meet the safety and stability requirements of the automatic control system under low load conditions,and may also lead to boiler combustion instability,non-stop of the unit and other problems.In addition,in the conventional PID control mode under low load,when the control deviation is too big,the automatic control system lags behind,and the coupling oscillation of control parameters and actuator often occurs.However,when the small control deviation always exists,it will cause frequent adjustment of the controller and also lead to system fluctuation.In order to avoid the above problems,a more intelligent and reasonable PID control is needed,which can automatically judge and adjust the output by imitating the thoughts of operators,and ensure the smooth change of control parameters and actuators.
