摘要
介绍了氮化铝材料及其粉体的几种主要制备方法,包括Al粉直接氮化法、Al_(2)O_(3)粉体碳热还原法以及自蔓延高温合成法,分析了各种制备方法的特点和研究进展及其发展趋势。
Aluminum nitride materials and some major synthesis methods of aluminum nitride powder are described,including direct nitriding of aluminum powder,Al_(2)O_(3) carbothermic reduction method,and self-propagating high-temperature synthesis.The characteristics and research progression of these methods are analyzed,and development trends are described.
