烟台山历史文化风貌区空间生产研究——基于“三元空间理论”的视角

Research on Spatial Production of Yantai Mountain Historical and Cultural Area——Based on the Perspective of Ternary Space Theory

以福州烟台山历史文化风貌区为研究对象,以列斐伏尔的“三元空间理论”为视角,探究其空间生产现状。从“空间实践”“空间表征”“表征空间”三个层面阐述不同主体与街区空间的关系。研究表明,管理与规划者在空间生产中起主导作用;开发商与商铺经营管理者将前者的规划继续深入,为街区空间提炼符号与意象;居民在日常生活中享受街区改造带来的便利与舒适,对街区改造持正面态度;游览者将街区作为景观文本制造的特色材料展开对空间的使用,与居民一同成为景观的一部分。

Taking the historical and cultural area of Yantai Mountain in Fuzhou as the research object,this paper explores the current situation of its space production from the perspective of Lefebvre's Ternary Space Theory.Starting from the three aspects of space practice,space representation and representation space,this paper expounds the relationship between different subjects and block space at three levels:concrete perceptible,symbol and image,and block as daily life space.The research shows that management and planners play a leading role in space production.Developers and store managers continue to deepen the planning of the former,refining symbols and images for the block space.Residents enjoy the convenience and comfort brought by the block transformation in their daily life practice,and take a positive attitude towards the block transformation.Tourists use the block as a characteristic material of landscape text manufacturing,becoming part of the landscape with the residents.
