服务性学习在食品营养健康课程思政中的实践

The Practical Application of Service Learning in the Ideological and Political Teaching of Food Nutrition and Health Course

当前食品营养健康课程思政较多体现在理论教学中,存在教学形式单一、实践教学缺乏设计、课程思政应用性和针对性体现不充分、与专业教育结合度不足等问题。基于服务性学习理论,探索服务性学习与食品营养健康课程思政的契合点,通过聚焦国家健康政策,改革教学模式,挖掘课程思政的深度;践行社会主义核心价值观,知识技能并重,拓展课程思政的广度;关注公众营养健康,服务地方民生福祉,呈现课程思政的温度等积极构建高校课程思政的实践路径,以更好地落实“立德树人”根本任务。

At present,the ideological and political aspects of the food nutrition and health curriculum are mainly reflected in the theoretical teaching with many problems such as single teaching form,the lack of design of practical teaching,the inadequate application and pertinence of the curriculum,and the insufficient integration with professional education.Based on the service learning theory,this paper explores the connection between the service learning and the ideological and political aspects of the food nutrition and health curriculum,and looks into the depth of the ideological and political aspects of the curriculum by focusing on the national health policy and reforming the teaching model.This paper suggests that we should practice socialist core values,pay equal attention to knowledge and skills,and expand the breadth of ideological and political courses;pay attention to public nutrition and health,serve local people's well being,present the warmth of curriculum ideological and political education,and actively construct the practical path of curriculum ideological and political education in colleges and universities to better implement the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people.
