摘要
介绍了一种将热轧、热扩、冷拔有机结合的大直径双相不锈钢无缝管制造工艺。通过锻造开坯工艺有效地提高了管材的低温冲击韧性;在热加工和热处理过程中控制加热制度和冷却速率,避免了σ等有害相的析出和表面裂纹的产生。检验了大直径薄壁S32205无缝钢管的金相组织、常温机械性能和瞬时高温拉伸性能及耐腐蚀性能,结果均满足要求。
Described here in the article is a manufacturing process as properly getting the hot-rolling,the hot-expansion and the cold-rolling technologies integrated for producing the large-sized duplex stainless seamless steel tube.The low temperature impact toughness of the tube is significantly increased by means of the blooming forging process;and the precipitation of the harmful phases like σ,and development of surface cracking are avoided via properly controlling the heating scheme and the cooling rate during the hot-work and heat treatment processes.The S32205 large-sized,light-wall seamless steel tube is tested in terms of metallographic structure,ambient temperature mechanical property,instantaneous high temperature tensile property,and corrosion resistance.The test results are all satisfactory to applicable requirements.
