摘要
介绍了同位素在线测厚系统的组成、测量原理和功能,分析了影响测厚精度的因素,以及其在无缝钢管生产现场的应用实践。该在线测厚系统的测量具有及时性和全面性,不但可以判断钢管壁厚精度,也可以反映出各生产环节存在的问题;但该系统是以采样点壁厚展示壁厚精度,放射源之间的位置的壁厚存在超差风险,需避免用显示壁厚代替管体全壁厚,造成对实际壁厚的误判。
Described here in the essay are the composition,the measurement principle and the function of the isotope on-line measurement system.Also analyzed are the factors as affecting the thickness-measurement accuracy,and relevant actual application practice of the said system as made at the seamless steel pipe production site.The thickness measurement system is capable of performing thickness measurement timely and fully.It can not only judge the steel tube wall thickness accuracy,but also indicate the problems as staying with the production links.However since the system presents the wall thickness accuracy with the wall thickness of the sampling point,and there exists the out-of-tolerance risk for the wall thickness in the position between the radioactive sources,it should be avoided to substitute the displayed wall thickness for the full-length wall thickness of the pipe body,which leads to misjudgment of the actual wall thickness.
