采空区煤层自燃灾害物联网监测预警技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了解决唐口煤矿630综放面采空区、沿空侧、密闭区遗煤自燃火灾误报率和漏报率高的问题,本文提出了煤自燃特征信息监测预警方法,开发出了适用于综放面采空区、沿空侧、密闭区的上位机监测预警系统。以唐口煤矿630采空区为研究对象,应用于沿空侧、密闭区等隐蔽区域煤自燃的监测预警。建立统一的煤类自燃主要指标气体含量-燃烧温度-燃烧压差的联合在线监测评价系统,实现了国家对煤类自燃事故危险作业区域范围的联合网络化实时动态在线监测预警和风险隐患在线识别,并由此划分总结出了唐口煤矿6304工作面中的自燃点“三带”点,该联网监测预警系统进一步弥补完善了煤矿束管色谱检测预报系统建设的部分不足,降低了煤炭束管定检人在线检测预报的总体工作量,实现了矿井由被动治理向主动疫病防控能力的最根本机制转变,提高了煤自燃火灾监测预报的可靠性、动态性和超前性,提高了煤自燃隐患监测识别水平。 In order to solve the problem of high false alarm rate and false alarm rate of coal spontaneous combustion in goaf,goaf side and closed area of 630 fully mechanized caving face of Tangkou Coal mine,this paper puts forward the monitoring and warning method of coal spontaneous combustion characteristic information,and develops the upper computer monitoring and warning system suitable for goaf,goaf side and closed area of fully mechanized caving face.Taking 630 goaf of Tangkou Coal Mine as the research object,it is applied to the monitoring and warning of coal spontaneous combustion in hidden areas such as goaf side and closed area.Building of coal spontaneous combustion index gases-temperature-pressure differential joint monitoring system,realize the risk of coal spontaneous combustion area of the network dynamic monitoring and hazard identification,and divided into tang mouth coal mine 6304 working face of spontaneous combustion"three zones",the monitoring system made up for the inadequacy of tube chromatographic detection system,reduces the workload of tube during testing,It has realized the fundamental transformation from passive management to active prevention and control,and improved the reliability,dynamics and advancement of coal spontaneous combustion fire monitoring and prediction,and improved the level of coal spontaneous combustion hidden danger monitoring and identification.
