高SS浓度下“超磁分离+自清洗过滤”矿井水处理技术探究

摘要 石拉乌素煤矿矿井水处理采用“超磁分离+自清洗过滤”技术,在井下对矿井水进行粗煤泥回收和重介速沉处理。分析了处理前、后矿井水中4个关键指标的降低量,探究了重介速沉技术的原理,构建了一套可有效处理矿井水质的技术方法,成功实现了矿井水的再利用。 The treatment of mine water in Shilawusu Coal mine adopts the technology of"super-magnetic separation+self-cleaning filtration"to recover coarse coal slime and treat the mine water with heavy medium and rapid sedimentation..This paper analyzes the reduction of four key indexes in mine water before and after treatment,probes into the principle of heavy medium rapid sedimentation technology,constructs a set of technical methods that can effectively treat mine water quality,and successfully realizes the reuse of treated water quality.
