摘要
CLE基因家族编码小分泌蛋白,参与调节植物的生长与发育;CLAVATA3(CLV3)是该家族中与作物产量相关的基因,其序列短、相似度低,鉴定该基因比较困难。本研究利用生物信息学的方法对油茶(Camellia oleifera)基因组数据进行了分析,从注释的蛋白质数据中鉴别出11个油茶CLE基因;开发了一套从基因组序列中预测CLV3基因的方法,鉴别出1个油茶CLV3基因;基因表达分析表明,CoCLV3在种仁、柱头、叶等部位的表达水平较高;利用CLE基因家族蛋白质序列的CLE基序进行比对分析并构建进化树,结果表明,CoCLV3是AtCLV3的同源基因。
CLE gene family encodes small secreted peptides and plays vital roles in plant growth and development.CLAVATA3(CLV3)is an important CLE member related with crop yield.The prediction of CLV3 genes is a challeng because of their short sequences,and low sequence similarity.Eleven CLE genes were identified from annotated proteins in Camellia oleifera.A CLV3 gene was identified by using an new approach from genome sequence in C.oleifera.CoCLV3 was highly accumulated in kernel,pistil,and leaf,and distributed in same clan with CLV3 according to phylogenetic tree of CLE proteins,which suggested that CoCLV3 was homologous to AtCLV3.
