陈山红心杉母树林与种子园遗传多样性分析

Analysis of genetic diversity in seed stands and seed orchard of Chenshan Red-heart Chinese fir

掌握陈山红心杉母树林和种子园的遗传背景信息,为陈山红心杉种子园的生产经营和有效利用提供依据。本研究利用SSR标记分析陈山红心杉母树林、1代和1.5代种子园的遗传多样性。结果表明,陈山红心杉(母树林+种子园)平均等位基因数4.8,有效等位基因数1.826,观测和期望杂合度分别为0.408和0.398,Shannon′s信息指数0.747。与母树林相比,1代和1.5代种子园的等位基因数等遗传多样性参数发生变化,但没有显著差异。遗传结构和PCoA分析显示陈山红心杉遗传聚类不明显,遗传背景较为一致。

To master the genetic background information of seed stands and seed orchard of Chenshan Red-heart Chinese fir,it could provide the basis for the production and operation of the seed orchard of Chenshan Red-heart Chinese fir.In this study,the genetic diversity of seed stands,1 and 1.5 generation seed orchard of Chenshan Red-heart Chinese fir were analyzed by using SSR markers.The results showed that the genetic variation parameters of Chenshan Red-heart Chinese fir were as follows:the number of alleles was 4.8,the number of effective alleles was 1.826,observed heterozygosity was 0.408,expected heterozygosity was 0.398,Shannon′s diversity index was 0.747.Compared with the seed stands,the genetic diversity parameters such as the number of alleles in 1 and 1.5 generation seed orchard changed,but there was no significant difference.The results of genetic structure and principal coordinate analysis showed that genetic clustering of Chenshan Red-heart Chinese fir was not obvious,and the genetic background was relatively consistent.
