摘要 为了达到乙烯裂解炉裂解深度控制与实时优化的基本目标,首先对乙烯裂解炉裂解先进控制措施进行分析,对乙烯裂解炉裂解深度控制进行探讨,最后,对乙烯裂解炉裂解实时优化进行研究,为推动乙烯裂解炉生产工艺的进一步发展奠定基础。研究表明:裂解深度主要指的是裂解反应进行的程度,对裂解深度进行控制的目的主要是保障裂解反应的产物可以达到预期结果,在进行裂解深度控制的过程中,可以引入串级控制策略,其内环采用裂解炉辐射段炉管出口的温度(COT),其中,可以将Gc2作为COT温度控制器。在进行裂解炉优化变量的过程中,均可以采用COT,需要根据操作条件以及优化范围的不同,最终确定最佳的COT,COT控制的核心在于控制方案。 In order to achieve the basic goal of cracking depth control and real-time optimization of ethylene cracking furnace,this study first analyzed the advanced control measures for cracking of ethylene cracking furnace,discussed the cracking depth control of ethylene cracking furnace,and finally studied the real-time optimization of cracking of ethylene cracking furnace,laying a foundation for promoting the further development of the production process of ethylene cracking furnace.The research shows that the cracking depth mainly refers to the extent of the cracking reaction,and the purpose of controlling the cracking depth is to ensure that the products of the cracking reaction can achieve the expected results.In the process of controlling the cracking depth,cascade control strategy can be introduced,and the internal loop adopts COT control mode,in which Gc2 can be used as the COT temperature controller.In the process of optimizing variables of cracking furnace,COT can be used.The best COT needs to be finally determined according to different operating conditions and optimization scope.The core of COT control is the control scheme.
