重油催化裂化吸收稳定系统的优化分析

摘要 基于Aspen Plus软件构建了吸收稳定系统的仿真模型,并结合实践生产中涉及到的稳定塔、吸收塔、解吸塔和再吸收塔的参数进行设置,验证了模型的准确定;最后,对吸收稳定系统中的补充吸收剂流量、稳定塔回流比和解吸塔进料温度等参数进行优化,并对优化效果进行评估。 The simulation model of absorption and stabilization system is built based on Aspen Plus software,and the parameters of stabilization tower,absorption tower,desorption tower and reabsorption tower are set according to the practice,finally,the parameters such as the flow rate of the supplementary absorbent,the reflux ratio of the stabilizing tower and the feed temperature of the desorption tower were optimized,and the optimization effect was evaluated.
