摘要 某海上平台三甘醇系统在生产运行中,出现由三甘醇中固体杂质含量偏高引起的循环泵齿轮组件使用寿命缩短和精馏柱堵塞的故障现象,通过优化固体过滤器滤芯更换安装方法和再沸器工艺参数,增强了固体过滤器的过滤功能,缓解了由于加热丝表面过热引起的三甘醇碳化问题,使三甘醇中固体杂质含量恢复正常。本文采取的优化措施,在增强三甘醇系统运行稳定性的同时,降低了循环泵维修费用、固体过滤器芯消耗量、精馏柱堵塞及频繁更换滤芯导致的三甘醇损失等生产操作费用。 During the production and operation of triethylene glycol system of an offshore platform,the service life of the gear assembly of the circulating pump was shortened and the rectification column was blocked due to the high content of solid impurities in triethylene glycol.By optimizing the replacement and installation method of the solid filter element and the process parameters of the reboiler,the filtering function of the solid filter was enhanced,and the triethylene glycol carbonization problem caused by overheating of the heating wire surface was alleviated,The content of solid impurities in triethylene glycol was restored to normal.The optimization measures adopted in this paper,while enhancing the operation stability of triethylene glycol system,reduce the production and operation costs such as the maintenance cost of circulating pump,the consumption of solid filter core,the loss of triethylene glycol caused by the blockage of distillation column and frequent replacement of filter core.
