摘要
以环氧乙烷和对甲苯磺酰胺甲醛树脂合成的聚醚,与AA、AMPS共聚物复配得到系列油相清水剂,通过清水效果和协同破乳效果确定清水剂组分占比:聚醚:AA-AMPS共聚物:溶剂=24:16:60,其中聚醚中环氧乙烷和对甲苯磺酰胺甲醛树脂的质量比为9:1;共聚物中AA和AMPS的质量比为8:2。经现场试验验证,该清水剂不仅清水效果好,且其对电脱水器原油破乳也有一定的促进作用。
The polyether synthesized with ethylene oxide and p-toluenesulfonamide formaldehyde resin is compounded with AA and AMPS copolymer to obtain a series of oil-phase clear water agents.The oil-phase clear water agents is determined by clear water effect and synergistic demulsification effect:AA-AMPS Copolymer:the ratio of solvent is 24:16:60,in which the mass ratio of ethylene oxide and p-toluenesulfonamide formaldehyde resin in the polyether is 9:1;the mass ratio of AA and AMPS in the copolymer is 8:2.The field test proves that the clear water agent not only has good clear water effect,but also has a certain promoting effect on the demulsification of crude oil in the electric dehydrator.
