化工特种设备系统流动腐蚀失效分析及防控技术研究

摘要 本文将与煤化工、石油化工等流程型行业实际情况相结合,对其中存在的化工特种设备系统流动腐蚀失效问题开展研究,分析特种设备系统气蚀、沉积、磨损、冲蚀等典型失效机理,建立能够有效结合解剖分析、实验研究、失效机理的流动腐蚀预测体系。以流程腐蚀预测校核为基础,在监管、制造、运行、设计等方面提出防控化工特种设备系统流动腐蚀的措施,希望能够使化工特种设备系统的运行可靠性和安全性得到有效提升。 This paper will combine with the actual situation of the coal chemical industry,petrochemical industry and other process industries to study the flow corrosion failure of the existing chemical special equipment systems,analyze the typical failure mechanisms of the special equipment systems,such as cavitation,deposition,wear and erosion,and establish a flow corrosion prediction system that can effectively combine anatomical analysis,experimental research,and failure mechanisms.Based on the prediction and verification of process corrosion,the measures to prevent and control the flow corrosion of chemical special equipment systems are proposed in the aspects of supervision,manufacturing,operation and design,hoping to effectively improve the operational reliability and safety of chemical special equipment systems.
