基于叶片功能性状的适宜黄山地区栽培的矾根品种筛选

摘要 本文对13种矾根叶片的叶柄长、叶长、叶宽、叶面积、叶绿素含量和氮含量、叶鲜重、叶干重、叶形指数、比叶面积、比叶重和干物质含量等功能性状进行测定,并采用单因素分析、相关性分析、聚类分析及主成分分析等方法进行统计分析。结果表明,13种矾根的功能性状都具有变异性和差异性,性状间均存在显著的相关性;聚类分析显示13种矾根可聚为4个类群,各类群在部分性状上有显著性差异;主成分分析表明,综合排名前3位的依次为‘着迷’‘红辣椒’和‘花毯’。本研究结果可为黄山地区矾根在园林中的应用提供数据支撑。 In this paper,determinations were made on the leave functional characters of 13 Heuchera micrantha cultivars including petiole length,leaf length,leaf width,leaf area,chlorophyll content,nitrogen content,fresh leaf biomass,dry leaf biomass,leaf shape index,specific leaf area,specific leaf biomass and dry matter content with a statistical analysis comprising single-factor analysis,correlation analysis,cluster analysis and principal component analysis.The results showed that there were variability and diversity in the functional characters of the 13 cultivars with significant correlation.Cluster analysis showed that the 13 cultivars could be clustered into 4 groups with significant differences in some characters among these groups.Principal component analysis showed that the comprehensive ranking top 3 cultivars were Enchanted,Red Pepper and Flower Blanket.The study results could provide data support for applying H.micrantha cultivars in landscaping in Huangshan City.
