摘要
研究铁路货运商业保险现状,结合商业保险的投保流程与货运信息系统的实际运行特征,依据铁路客户投保需求,设计铁路货运商业保险服务平台。文章运用微服务的设计理念,创建货运保费计算模型,实现保险产品的快速上线,引导客户在提出货物运输需求的同时进行投保;利用报表工具对客户运输需求和投保意向进行分析,辅助保险业务人员进行营销决策。铁路货运商业保险服务平台已在部分铁路局集团公司推广应用,应用结果表明,该平台对提高铁路货运服务质量和运营效益、增强铁路运输市场竞争力具有积极意义。
This paper studied the current situation of railway freight commercial insurance,combined with theinsurance process of commercial insurance and the actual operation characteristics of freight information system,anddesigned the commercial insurance service platform for railway freight according to the insurance needs of railwaycustomers.The paper used the design concept of micro-service to construct a freight premium calculation model,implement the rapid online of insurance products,and guide customers to apply for insurance while putting forwardcargo transportation requirements,used report tools to analyze customers'transportation needs and insurance intentions,and assist insurance business personnel to make marketing decisions.The commercial insurance service platform forrailway freight has been popularized and applied in some railway administration group companies.The applicationresults show that the platform has positive significance in improving the quality and operating efficiency of railwayfreight transportation service and enhancing the competitiveness of railway transportation market.
