The Enacted Community:Community Mutual Aid,Volunteering and Situational Solidarity During the Pandemic Period

探讨疫情期居民志愿与互助实践样态,对寻求不确定性时代城市治理转型路径具有重要的现实意义。分析结果显示,疫情期的上海社区互助氛围浓厚,附近性的重要意义得以凸显;居民踊跃参与志愿服务,强化了社区联结;居民共同体意识不断提升,增强了社区团结。进一步检验社区互助、社区志愿与社区感之间的关系发现,社区互助行为及其产生的积极感受显著增强了社区感;当居民感受到邻里温暖、助人乐趣、社区更团结以及加深对街道、社区、居委、基层党组织等主体的认知后,会对社区感产生正向影响。不同志愿服务类型对社区感的影响存在差异。社区居民面对疫情的不确定性,诉诸附近性而形成的一个人人参与、人人负责的抗击疫情的基层行动者网络,这是被激活的共同体,它展现了情景性团结。

Discussing the voluntary and mutual aid practices of the residents during the pandemic period has important practical significance for seeking the transformation path of urban governance in the era of uncertainty.The analysis results showed that the community mutual aid atmosphere in Shanghai was strong during the epidemic period,and the importance of vicinity was highlighted;Residents actively participated in voluntary services,which strengthened the community connections;Residents′sense of community has been continuously improved,which has strengthened the community solidarity.Further examination of the relationships between the community mutual aid,community volunteering,and community sense found that community mutual aid behaviors and the positive feelings they generated significantly enhanced the sense of community;When residents felt the warmth of the neighborhood,the joy of helping others,the unity of the community,and when they had a deeper understanding of the streets,communities,neighborhood committees,grassroots party organizations and other subjects,they would have a positive influence on the sense of the community.Different types of voluntary services had different influence on the sense of community.Faced with the uncertainty of the epidemic situation,the residents resorted to the vicinity,and formed a network of grassroots actors with everyone′s participation and everyone′s responsibility to fight the epidemic situation.This was an enacted community,which demonstrated situational solidarity.
