摘要 化学武器作为大规模杀伤性武器,曾在战争历史中被广泛使用,造成了大量人员伤亡。我国长期面临日本遗弃化学武器的现实危害,同时军事次生化学灾害和化学恐怖袭击也对我国的国家安全和国防安全构成了严峻威胁。防化医学是一门研究化学武器医学防护措施的学科,是军事医学的重要组成部分。本文结合课题组的研究方向及相关进展,系统总结了化学武器的历史、特点和分类,论述了新型化学武器的威胁将长期持续存在,阐述了化学武器的国际军控与履约交流,综述了国际上化学武器防护装备的研究现状,并对未来防化医学的发展方向进行了展望,为促进防化医学尤其是防护装备的发展提供了有价值的参考和借鉴。 Chemical weapons,as weapons of mass destruction,have been widely used in the history of war,causing a large number of casualties.China has been faced with the real harm of Japan s abandoned chemical weapons for a long time,and meanwhile military secondary chemical disasters and chemical terrorist attacks have also posed a serious threat to our national security and national defense security.Chemical defense medicine is a discipline that studies medical protective measures in response to chemical weapons and is an important part of military medicine.Combined with the research direction and related progress of the research group,this paper systematically summarizes the history,characteristics and classification of chemical weapons,discusses the long-term and continuous existence of the threat of new chemical weapons,expounds the international arms control and implementation exchanges of chemical weapons,reviews the research status of chemical weapons protective equipment in the world,and looks forward to the development direction of chemical defense medicine in the future,which provides a valuable reference for promoting the development of chemical defense medicine,especially protective equipment.
