共生理论视角下开放大学科研团队建设有效路径研究

Research on the Effective Path of Scientific Research Team Construction in Open Universities from the Perspective of Symbiosis Theory

基于共生理论视角,一体化对称性互惠共生是高校科研团队建设的理想模式。目前开放大学的学科科研面临着难以满足高质量快速发展需求的现实困难,同时还存在科研团队结构不完善、内部运行机制不顺畅、校内政策不完善、社会认可度不高等现实问题。为打造开放大学科研团队的理想模式,还需要从营造和谐统一的共生愿景,融合多元主体的共生单元,打造走向学术共同体的共生模式,谋求可持续发展的共生环境等四个方面全力推进。

From the perspective of symbiosis theory,the integrated symmetry and reciprocal symbiosis is an ideal model for university scientific research team building.At present,the scientific research foundation of the Open University is still faced with the practical difficulties in meeting the needs of high quality and rapid development.At the same time,there are some practical problems such as imperfect scientific research team structure,unsmooth internal operation mechanism,imperfect campus policies and low social recognition.In order to build the ideal model of Open University research team,it is necessary to make full efforts from four aspects:creating a harmonious and unified symbiotic vision,integrating multi-subject symbiotic units,creating a symbiotic model towards academic community,and seeking a symbiotic environment for sustainable development.
