摘要 数量巨大的电动汽车充电桩可通过负荷聚合参与电力现货市场和辅助服务市场实现运行成本的综合优化。将对充电用户而言更易于接受的充电负荷灵活调整作为电动汽车负荷聚合商参与调频辅助服务市场的方式,从整体技术方案、市场机制设计、聚合平台设计、评估校核体系设计4个方面,开展了电力市场框架下的电动汽车负荷聚合商参与电网友好互动的方案研究。为解决海量充电桩的控制和通信问题,提出了服务调频辅助市场框架下的电动汽车充电负荷聚合平台云边端协同架构,可为电动汽车负荷聚合商参与辅助服务市场提供参考。 A great number of electric vehicle(EV)charging piles can participate in the electricity spot market and auxiliary service market through load aggregation to comprehensively optimize operating costs.The flexible adjustment of charging load,which is more acceptable to charging users,is adopted as a way for EV load aggregators to participate in the frequency modulation auxiliary service market.The scheme research of EV load aggregators’participation in grid-friendly interaction under the framework of electricity market is carried out from four aspects such as overall technical scheme,market mechanism design,aggregation platform design,and evaluation and verification system design.The scheme proposes a cloud-side-end collaborative architecture of EV charging load aggregation platform under the framework of service frequency modulation auxiliary market to solve the control and communication problems of massive charging piles,which can provide a reference for EV load aggregators to participate in auxiliary service market.
