受端电网暂态失稳场景识别及控制措施优化 被引量:1

摘要 受交直流耦合、网源发展不协调、新能源涉网性能不满足要求等因素影响,电力系统稳定问题日益突出。分析了受端电网暂态电压和功角稳定关联特性,基于暂态稳定机理探讨了暂态电压和暂态功角失稳为主导诱因的两种暂态失稳模式及其具体演化过程。随后梳理并验证了电网布局、电源结构、网源协调、电源分布、源荷互动等方面的优化控制措施对提升暂态稳定的效果,避免了采用限制机组出力的传统稳定控制措施。暂态失稳模式演化过程的梳理及仿真分析研究为受端电网关键机组暂态失稳场景的识别、控制措施的制定提供了可靠参考。 Under the influences of AC-DC coupling,uncoordinated network-source development,and new energies that fail to meet the demand of grid-related performance,power system stability is becoming a point of extreme gravity.The correlation characteristics of transient voltage and power angle stability of the receiving-end grid are analyzed.Two transient instability modes with transient voltage and transient power angle instability as the dominant causal factors and their specific evolution processes are discussed based on the transient stability mechanism.Afterward,the effects of the optimal control measures on grid layout,power structure,network-source coordination,power distribution,and source-load interaction on optimizing the transient stability are reviewed and verified,and the traditional stability control measure of limiting unit output is not adopted.The study of the evolution of transient instability patterns and simulation analysis provides a reliable reference for identifying transient instability scenarios of key units in the receiving-end grid and formulating control measures.
