Study of the U.S.Army’s Multi-Domain Task Force

在重回“大国竞争”战略转型背景下,面对俄罗斯等均势对手,美国陆军认为应着眼“联合、多域、高强度作战”,利用概念创新和技术进步重塑兵力结构,确保在未来冲突中取得战争主动权。为此,美国陆军启动了新一轮部队转型,探索多域特遣部队等新型作战力量的部队建设、兵力设计、作战运用等,旨在打造一支可在陆、海、空、太空、网络空间等作战域应对均势对手“反介入/区域拒止”能力的陆战力量。在全面理解当前新兴作战环境的前提下,本文分析了美国陆军多域特遣部队的发展历程、兵力部署、典型特征等,阐述了多域特遣部队的部队编配和作战职能,构想了多域特遣部队在竞争、危机和冲突阶段的典型运用方式。

In the context of a return to the strategic transformation of great power competition and in the face of power rivals like Russia,the U.S.Army asserts that it should focus on joint,multi-domain,and high-intensity operations,utilizing conceptual innovations and technological advancements to reshape the structure of the military force,to ensure that it can seize the initiative in future conflicts.To this end,the U.S.Army has launched a new round of military force transformation exploring the building,design,and operation utilization of new combat forces such as the Multi-Domain Task Force.It aims to develop a land combat force capable of dealing with the“anti-access/area denial”capabilities of power rivals in the land,sea,air,space,cyberspace,and other combat domains.Under the comprehensive understanding of the current emerging operational environment,this paper analyzes the development process,troop deployment,and typical characteristics of the U.S.Army’s Multi-Domain Task Forces.The organization and combat functions of the Multi-Domain Task Force are described,and its typical usage during competition,crisis,and conflict is envisioned.
