摘要
针对湿法脱硫过程中浆液循环量大、烟气成分复杂、泡沫高的特点,将新型有机硅-聚醚改性型消泡剂用于电厂湿法脱硫处理过程中。与电厂现用消泡剂相比,新型消泡剂具有更好的消泡抑泡性,能有效控制脱硫吸收塔中泡沫的溢出,并且不影响系统的稳定性;新型消泡剂使脱硫效率由原来的95.1%提高至98.7%,还能降低石膏的含水率,明显改善石膏质量。新型消泡剂有望应用于烟气粉尘量高、脱硫系统复杂、溢流浆液难以控制、脱硫效率低的电厂系统。
Due to the problems of the large slurry circulation, complex flue gas composition and high foam in wet desulphurization process, a new type of silicone modified polyether defoamer was used in wet desulphurization process in a power plant. Compared with the current defoamer in power plant, the new defoamer has better defoaming and foam suppression properties: it can effectively control the foam overflow in the desulphurization absorber and does not affect the system stability. The new defoamer increase the desulphurization efficiency from 95.1% to 98.7%, reduces the moisture content of gypsum and greatly improve the quality of gypsum. The new defoaming agent is expected to be applied in power plant with high flue gas dust content, complex desulfurization system, hard-to-control overflow slurry and low desulfurization efficiency.
