离子液体基聚硅氧烷的应用研究进展

摘要 离子液体是一类低熔点的液态熔融盐,具有液相范围宽、热稳定性好、蒸气压低、溶解性优良、毒性低和可设计性的特点,可作为“绿色溶剂”使用。聚硅氧烷具有耐高低温、热稳定性好,消泡、匀泡性好,疏水性好,润滑性好等特点。将离子液体与聚硅氧烷相结合可以整合两者的优势,赋予离子液体基聚硅氧烷高表面活性、低黏度、高导电性等优点。综述了离子液体基聚硅氧烷的合成及在光引发剂、色谱分析、电解质和表面活性剂等领域的应用优势和研究进展,并对其在涂料领域的拓展应用进行了探讨。 Ionic liquid is a kind of liquid molten salt with low melting point,which has wide liquid phase range,good thermal stability,low vapor pressure,excellent solubility,low toxicity and designability,and can be used as a"green solvent".Polysiloxane has the characteristics of high-low temperature resistance,good thermal stability,good defoaming,foam uniformity,good hydrophobicity and lubricity.The combination of ionic liquid and polysiloxane can integrate both advantages,resulting in the advantages of high surface activity,low viscosity and high conductivity of ionic liquid-based polysiloxane.The synthesis of ionic liquid-based polysiloxane and its application advantages and research progress in the fields of photoinitiator,chromatographic analysis,electrolyte and surfactant were reviewed,and its expanded application in the field of coatings was discussed.
