我国交运仓储邮政业上市公司市净率的影响因素分析

Analysis on the Influencing Factors of P/B Ratio of Listed Companies in China's Transportation,Warehousing and Postal Industry

无论是股民选择股票进行投资,还是上市公司高管经营公司,市净率与市盈率一直都是关注的焦点。但是市净率的影响因素非常复杂,国内相关实证研究较少。文章通过选取与公司经营密切相关的15个指标,并进行相关性分析和回归分析,得出市净率与总资产增长率和总资产周转率二者呈正相关关系。公司如果想要提高自己的市净率,应该努力在合理范围内提高总资产周转率和总资产增长率。

Whether investors choose to invest in stocks or listed companies run by executives,price to book ratio and price to earnings ratio have always been the focus of attention.However,the influencing factors of price to book ratio are very complex,and there are few relevant empirical studies in China.By selecting 15 indicators closely related to the company's operation,and conducting correlation analysis and regression analysis,this paper concludes that the P/B ratio is positively correlated with the growth rate of total assets and the turnover rate of total assets.If the company wants to improve its P/B ratio,it should strive to improve the total asset turnover rate and total asset growth rate within a reasonable range.
