Study on Optimization Strategy of Agricultural Cold Chain Supply Chain in Lanzhou

冷链供应链对于农产品贸易起着至关重要的作用,对于其流通效率和品质也有着很大的影响。兰州市地处中国西北,其特殊的自然条件以及得天独厚的地理位置造就了当地特色农产品。要实现兰州市农业经济发展,离不开高效冷链供应链模式的支持。文章从农产品冷链供应链相关文献出发,总结了冷链供应链高质量发展的内涵,提出了兰州市冷链供应链目前存在的主要问题,并给出了相应的优化策略和建议。

Cold chain supply chain plays a vital role in agricultural trade,and has a great impact on its circulation efficiency and quality.Lanzhou City is located in northwest China,its special natural conditions and unique geographical location have created local characteristics of agricultural products.To realize the development of agricultural economy in Lanzhou City,the support of efficient cold chain supply chain model is indispensable.In this paper,starting from the relevant literature of agricultural products cold chain supply chain,summarizes the connotation of high quality development of cold chain supply chain,puts forward the main problems existing in Lanzhou cold chain supply chain,and gives the corresponding optimization strategies and suggestions.
