国外易腐品库存模型及库存管理研究综述

Review on the Perishable Inventory Model and Inventory Management Abroad

针对易腐品库存模型与库存管理的问题,研究分析并梳理了国外相关文献,试图从易腐库存模型的需求类型、腐败率类型、供应链环境因素以及易腐品库存监督等各个角度对易腐品库存模型和管理进行了回顾和分析。学界对于不同需求类型以及不同腐败率类型的研究较多,且研究范围相当广泛;在对供应链环境因素的研究中,针对存在交易信用、通货膨胀等因素的文献众多,但由于分析较复杂或者计算较困难等因素,对于信息共享、多物品库存以及第三方监督等因素的研究学界鲜有涉及,故据此提供未来的研究方向,以期对学界和易腐品企业未来的库存管理研究提供有效的参考与借鉴。

In view of the problem of the perishable inventory model and inventory management,the relevant literature abroad is studied and analyzed,and tries to review and analyze the perishable inventory model and inventory management from various perspectives such as demand type,deterioration rate type,supply chain environmental factors and perishable inventory supervision.There are many researches on different demand types and different deterioration rate types in the academic circle,and the research scope is quite extensive.In the study of environmental factors in the supply chain,there are also a large number of papers for the factors like trade credit and inflation,but due to reasons such as analysis is more complex or calculation is more difficult,for the factors such as information sharing,multi-level inventory,and the third party supervision are few involved in the research community.Therefore,some future research directions are provided in order to provide effective reference to the academic circle and perishable products enterprises for future inventory management research.
