面向发展海洋经济对物流人才的需求,首先,在发展海洋经济背景下定位物流专业产教融合人才培养目标,提出了物流专业产教融合人才培养体系。然后,探索高素质应用型物流人才培养路径。最后,介绍了延边大学物流管理专业产教融合平台以及通过平台实施产教融合人才培养的具体实践。

In order to meet the needs of logistics talents in the development of marine economy,firstly,the training objectives of logistics talents of industry-education integration under the background of the development of marine economy,and puts forward the training system of logistics talents of industry-education integration.Then explore the high quality applied logistics personnel training path.Finally,introducing the industry-education integration platform of logistics management major of Yanbian University and the concrete practice of the implementation of industry-education integration talent training through the platform.
