摘要
核心素养培养为目标的教育教学改革日益受到重视。针对供应链金融课程教学中的问题,尝试借鉴核心素养5C模型,探索核心素养导向下课程教学改革的新思路,构建起核心素养导向、价值引领、实践创新能力为重、知识为基的供应链金融课程育人体系。具体教学改革实践从课程目标重构、内容体系梳理与课堂教学实现、多维实践组织、进阶式课程考核实施四方面展开。分析学生学习过程中的变化发现课程教学改革取得了一定成效,但需在反思总结中持续优化。
Great attention has been paid to education reform aiming at the cultivation of key competences.In view of the problems in the course teaching,the paper drew the 5Cs framework to explore new ideas on teaching reform of supply chain finance,built the teaching system of supply chain finance with key competences orientation,value guidance,practical and innovation ability-focused and knowledge-based,to innovate the teaching design of supply chain finance.The teaching reform has been carried out from four aspects:The reconstruction of hierarchical curriculum objectives,the carding of content system and the realization of classroom teaching,multi-dimensional practice organization,and the implementation of advanced curriculum assessment.Analyzing the changes in students' learning process,the curriculum teaching reform has achieved certain results,while it still needs to constantly reflect,summarize and optimize.
