伴随着中国新技术、新产业、新业态、新模式为主要形态的经济蓬勃发展,劳动和技能竞赛面临着许多新情况、新问题和新要求,参与者增多、活动领域拓宽、平台多样化成为新时期开展劳动和技能竞赛显著变化特征。在实际的操作过程中,由于存在着主办方的问题、竞赛总的设计问题、竞赛活动过程中的问题,严重影响了整体的工作布局,达不到劳动竞赛应有的效果。新时代背景下,工会组织如何在创新思维引领下,以正确的工作定位,夯实竞赛机制,切实以非公企业劳动和技能竞赛为载体,为广大农民工提供一个展示技能、交流学习的有效平台,打造出农民工劳动和技能竞赛的升级版,是当前和今后劳动和技能竞赛活动深化发展的重要方面。

With the vigorous development of China's economy with new technologies,new industries,new formats and new models as the main forms,labor and skill competitions are facing new situations,new problems and new requirements.More and more participants,a wider range of activities,and diversified platforms have become the distinctive features of labor and skill competitions in the new era.In practice,due to the problems of the organizer,the design of the competition,and the problems in the competition process,the overall work layout is seriously affected,and the effect of the labor competition cannot be achieved.In the context of the new era,an important aspect of the deepening and development of current and future labor and skill competition activities is how trade union organizations can consolidate the competition mechanism under the guidance of innovative thinking,provide an effective platform for migrant workers to display,exchange and learn their skills in the form of competition,and create a better version of migrant workers’labor and skill competition.
