天津党组织对早期产业工人思想政治教育研究

On the Ideological and political Education of Industrial Workers in Early Stage by the Communist Party of Tianjin

近代天津是我国产业工人相对集中的地区之一,天津党组织把对产业工人的思想政治教育作为中心工作之一,通过创办学校、建立工会组织、谈话交心、即时宣传、搭建传播交流平台等方式多角度全方位地对产业工人进行思想政治教育,对于提高当时产业工人的思想政治觉悟、促进产业工人的成长成熟起到了至关重要的作用,也为以后中国共产党在产业工人中开展思想政治教育工作积累了许多宝贵经验。总结天津党组织对早期产业工人思想政治教育的主要经验,让这些经验得以传承和发展,在天津建设现代化大都市进程中能够充分发挥产业工人的独特作用。

Modern Tianjin is one of the areas with a relatively high concentration of industrial workers in China.the Communist Party of Tianjin regards ideological and political education for industrial workers as one of its central tasks.The Communist Party of Tianjin conducts ideological and political education for industrial workers,through the establishment of schools,trade unions,and communication platforms,as well as conversations,and instant publicity.These methods have played a crucial role in enhancing the ideological and political consciousness of industrial workers and promoting the growth and maturity of industrial workers.It also accumulated a lot of valuable experience for the CPC to carry out ideological and political education among industrial workers in the future.After these experiences are summarized,passed on and developed,the unique role of industrial workers can be fully exerted in Tianjin's transformation into a modern metropolis.
