高校财务管理专业教师专业素养的构成及提升--基于互联网视角

摘要 高校财务管理专业教师专业素养是指该专业教师在落实“立德树人”教育根本任务、培养财务管理专业人才教学活动中,表现出来的包括知识、能力与品格等方面的整体修养与表现。它具有过程性、情境性、整合性的特征,主要包括高尚的师德、丰富的学识和精熟的能力。专业素养提升的实现,既需要高校营造文化氛围、搭建学习平台、优化提升激励措施等外驱策动,又要强化专业教师的自我认同感、自主学习行动和主动研究与反思的内生机理。 The professional quality of financial management teachers in colleges and universities refers to the overall cultivation and performance of knowledge,ability and character in the teaching activities of implementing the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating talents and cultivating financial management professionals.It has the characteristics of process,situation and integration,mainly including noble teacher morality,rich knowledge and skilled ability.To achieve the improvement of teachers’professional quality,colleges and universities should not only create a cultural atmosphere,build learning platforms,optimize and improve incentive measures,but also strengthen the endogenous mechanism of professional teachers'self-identity,autonomous learning and active research and reflection.
