新时代背景下高校工商管理教学改革

Teaching Reform of Business Administration Major in Colleges and Universities under the Background

在新时代背景下,为满足高校学生和教学环境的变化,以及新时代工商管理专业发展和应用型工商管理人才培养的需要,有必要对高校工商管理教学进行改革。鉴于高校工商管理教学改革面临教学方式与高校学生和教学环境变化脱节、教学队伍与工商管理专业发展不匹配、课程设置与应用型工商管理人才需求偏差的挑战,基于“互联网+”及校企合作和经济新常态,提出采取多元化的教学方式、构建“双师型”教学队伍和重新规划人才培养方案等有效策略,以期应对挑战,及早完成高校工商管理教学改革。

The continuous deepening of reform and the development of global economy and knowledge economy have promoted the arrival of a new era.In this context,in order to meet the changes of college students and teaching environment,as well as the needs of business administration professional development and applied business administration personnel training in the new era,it is necessary to reform the business administration teaching.In view of the challenges of the disconnection between teaching methods and changes in college students and teaching environment,the mismatch between teaching team and business management professional development,and the deviation between curriculum provision and applied business management talent demand,based on the"Internet+",school-enterprise cooperation and the new normal of economy,this paper puts forward some effective strategies,such as adopting diversified teaching methods,building"double"teaching team and re-planning talent training program,in order to complete the business administration teaching reform as soon as possible.
