产教融合视域下联合培养研究生路径探索与实践--以电子科技大学为例

基于专业学位研究生教育培养改革需要,电子科技大学围绕国家战略,服务重大需求,践行培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人的历史使命,在专业学位研究生培养模式方面进行了改革和探索。学校从强化人才培养顶层设计着手,通过校内外融合平台建设、三大教学体系搭建,重建了工程类专业学位研究生培养模式,搭建了一流的工程领军人才培养双平台,构建起多方协同育人新机制,形成具有成电特色的全新研究生培养模式,育人成效卓著,改革成果丰硕。

Based on the demands of reform in professional-degree postgraduate education,the University of Electronic Science and Technology,which centers on national development strategy,satisfies great demands,fulfills the historical mission of nurturing socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique,beauty and labor,has carried out reform and exploration in the cultivation model of professional-degree postgraduates.From the top-level design to strengthen talents cultivation,the university,by building two platforms and three systems,reconstructing the cultivation model of professional-degree postgraduates in engineering,setting up the first-class platform in training engineering leading talents,and building up mechanism of multi-party collaborative education,has formed a new postgraduates training model with school’s characteristics,and has made outstanding and fruitful reform results.
