摘要
发展“新医科”是新时代党和国家对医学教育事业的新要求,要培养精医学、懂科技、善创新的卓越医学人才。基于OBE理念是提升教学效果和人才培养质量的有效路径,重视对学习产出的评估,建构闭环逻辑体系,涵盖课程目标、教学模式及考核评价三个方面。因此,以临床医学专业本科“病理生理学”教学实践为例,将PAD与BOPPPS教学模式有机融合,促进高阶思维的培养,调动学生的主观能动性,以BOPPPS教学模式为主体,将精讲、内化吸收、讨论等多元的PAD教学作为重要的理念、范式贯穿参与式学习,为达成预期学习目标提供了强有力的结构支撑。结果显示,在OBE理念指导下,该教学模式的革新实践效果良好,利于学生深度学习,提升了学生的学习动机,促进了学生高阶思维的培养,有效推动课程的持续改进。
The development of"new medicine"is the latest requirement of the Party and the country for medical education in the new era,and it is necessary to cultivate outstanding medical talents who are good at medicine,science and technology,and innovation.Basing on the OBE concept is an effective way to improve the teaching effect and the quality of talent training,which attaches importance to the evaluation of learning output,and constructs a closed loop logic system.The system covers the aspects of course objectives,teaching model and evaluation.Taking the teaching practice of undergraduate pathophysiology in clinical medicine as an example,this research organically integrates PAD teaching and BOPPPS model,promoting the cultivation of high-level thinking and mobilizing students’subjective initiative.With BOPPPS model as the main body,the PAD teaching of intensive teaching,internalization,absorption and discussion is taken as an important flipped learning concept throughout participatory learning,which provides a strong structural support for achieving the expected learning goals.Results show that,under the guidance of OBE concept,the reform practice of this teaching model has a good effect,which is conducive to students'in-depth learning,enhancing learning motivation,promoting students'high-level thinking,and effectively promoting the continuous improvement of the course.
