工商管理专业课程思政线上线下教学途径探究

Online and Offline Teaching Approaches of“Curriculum Ideology and Politics”in Business Administration

工商管理专业课程蕴含丰富的思政元素,在培养专业人才与推动大学生成长方面极具现实意义。课程思政背景下,工商管理专业教师有必要积极探索线上线下教学途径,切实提高专业课程思政教学开展效果。在简述工商管理专业课程蕴含的思政元素的基础上,分析了工商管理专业课程思政线上线下教学现存问题,并提出几条改革建议,包括构建健全的工商管理专业课程思政体系与模式、深入挖掘蕴含于工商管理专业课程中的思政元素、组建高水平的专业课程思政师资队伍、采用线上线下混合式教学方法,以及开展线上对分课堂互动教学等,以期为相关工作者提供有益借鉴。

The professional courses of business administration contain rich ideological and political elements,which is of great practical significance in cultivating professional talents and promoting the growth of college students.Under the background of“curriculum ideology and politics”,it is necessary for the teachers of business administration to explore the online and offline teaching methods and improve the effect of ideological and political teaching.Based on a brief introduction of ideological and political elements contained in the courses of business administration,this paper analyzes the existing problems of online and offline ideological and political education in the courses,and puts forward some suggestions for reform,including the construction of a sound ideological and political system and model for the courses of business administration,the deep excavation of ideological and political elements contained,the establishment of a high-level ideological and political teachers,the adoption of online and offline blended teaching method,and the conduction of online and offline interactive classroom teaching,so as to provide useful reference for relevant workers.
