“双碳”战略背景下冶金工程专业人才培养的思考 被引量:4

摘要 “碳达峰、碳中和”战略对我国高校人才培养提出了新的要求。基于传统冶金工程专业人才培养模式特点,通过分析“双碳”战略背景下冶金工程专业人才培养面临的主要挑战,提出要培养具备“双碳”特色的高素质冶金工程专业人才教育教学升级的思考,其核心在于教育教学过程中要将“双碳”战略理念融入人才培养各个环节。基于“双碳”导向的冶金工程专业人才培养模式升级,对促进学生个人发展融入国家重大战略需求,推动碳中和目标高质量完成具有重要意义。 The strategy of“carbon peak and carbon neutralization”puts forward new requirements for talent cultivation in Chinese universities.Based on the characteristics of the traditional metallurgical engineering student education model,this paper analyzes the main challenges faced by the metallurgical engineering talent cultivation under the background of"double carbon"strategy,and puts forward some thoughts on the upgrading of education and teaching of high-quality metallurgical engineering talents with"double carbon"characteristics.The key is to integrate the concept of"double carbon"strategy into every link of talent training in the process of education and teaching.The upgrading of metallurgical engineering education based on the"double carbon"orientation is of great significance to promote the integration of students'development into the national major strategic needs and promote the high-quality completion of carbon neutrality goals.
