新入职辅导员开展新生心理健康教育的思考

Reflections on New College Counselors'Conduction of Mental Health Education for Freshmen

高校辅导员对落实立德树人根本任务有重大责任,想要“五育”并举,培养出身心健康的社会主义建设者和接班人,心理健康工作不容忽视。与此同时,辅导员队伍每年都会有大量新人加入,大部分新入职辅导员会从接手新生开始。在“双新”背景下,如何开展心理健康教育,对新入职辅导员来讲是一个全新的挑战。明确辅导员在心理健康教育工作中的地位与作用,梳理大学新生常见的心理问题,分析目前新入职辅导员在开展心理健康教育工作中存在的问题,并从以下三方面提出解决建议:一是着力提升自身素质能力水平,二是注重心理健康反馈机制工作体制建设,三是把握新生心理健康教育工作方法。

College counselors bear the significant responsibility of implementing the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating talents.To cultivate socialist successors with physical and mental health,the status of students’mental health should not be ignored.At the same time,a large number of new instructors join the team every year,and most new counselors will start from taking over new students.Under such a"double-new"background,how to carry out mental health education is a new challenge for new counselors.This paper clarifies the roles of counselors in mental health education,sorts out some common psychological problems of freshmen,and analyzes the problems existing in new counselors conducting mental health education.Furthermore,some suggestions are put forward from three aspects for new counselors:focusing on improving their own ability,paying attention to the construction of mental health feedback system,and grasping the working methods of mental health education for freshmen.
