校企协同培育国际高速铁路工程建设与运维人才

School-enterprise Cooperative Cultivation of International High-Speed Railway Construction and Operation Talents

在“一带一路”倡议提出背景下,我国与沿线国家交流合作的范围越来越广,国际化人才的需求越来越多。为了解决当前国际高速铁路需要大批高技能工程建设与运维人才的现实问题,职业教育需要创新育人模式。在校企合作背景下,以国际高速铁路为例,对工程建设与运维人才协同培育的必要性、运用方式、具体实践路径等进行研究,并提出这一模式与专业性质下协同培育的优势与发展,确定科学的方法来指导教学,以期为国际高速铁路工程建设与运维人才培育提供参考。

Under the Belt and Road initiative,the scope of exchanges and cooperation between China and countries along the route is becoming increasingly wide,and the demand for international talents is getting higher and higher.In order to solve the practical problem that the international high-speed railway needs a large number of highly skilled engineering construction and transportation talents,vocational education needs to innovate the education model.In the context of school-enterprise cooperation,taking the international high-speed railway as an example,this paper studies the necessity,application model and practical path of the cooperative cultivation for engineering construction and operation talents,and puts forward the advantages and development of this model and specialty.Scientific methods are determined to guide the teaching,so as to provide reference for the cultivation of international high-speed railway construction and operation and maintenance talents.
