纸上得来终觉浅,培育良医需躬行——再议“泡”在临床中的沉浸式医学人才培养体系建设

High quality of medical education comes from practice other than books:Further discussion on the construction of immersive medical education system in the way of soaking into clinical practice

西安交通大学在实施器官系统整合课程教育教学改革的过程中,倡导沉浸式的教育方式,即在人才培养的全过程、全场景和全内容中,聚焦临床问题,突出早临床、多临床、反复临床到全临床。积极发挥附属医院作为医学人才培养主阵地的作用,让学生能够以“泡”在临床中的方式学习,踏实练好基本功,实现高质量医学人才培养育的目标。

In the process of implementing education reform of organ-system based curriculum(OSBC),Xi'an Jiaotong University advocates immersive education.It means that the education focus on clinical problems in the whole process,the whole scene and the whole content of talent training,highlighting early clinical,multi-clinical,repeated clinical exposure to full clinical exposure.We should actively exert the role of affiliated hospitals as the main front for clinical medical education,so that students can learn in the way of soaking into clinical practice,practice basic skills steadily,and achieve the goal of training high-quality medical education.
