新医科背景下病史采集教学建设的路径探索——构建学生标准化病人体系 被引量:6

摘要 为应对后疫情时代提出的新挑战以及实施健康中国规划的任务,教育部提出了“新医科”的概念,并明确以“新医科”统领医学教育创新,推进学科与科技进步产物融合,改革教学模式,培养服务于生命全周期的卓越医学人才。病史采集是临床技能教学的重要组成部分。病史采集教学的关键方法是应用标准化病人(Standardized Patient,SP)模拟问诊。后疫情时代下,医院管理日趋严谨,临床教学资源日渐紧张,标准化病人因扮演患者而无医疗风险的优势再次成为临床医学教育领域的热点。在新医科建设理念的驱动下,以本院实际教学需求及教学经验为出发点,融入“互联网”的元素,探索病史采集教学建设的新路径,提出构建学生标准化病人(Student Standardized Patient,SSP)体系的方法,以增强学生的问诊技能,提高学生的职业精神,为培养对接国家发展新战略的高层次新医科人才奠定基础。 In order to cope with the new challenges in the post-epidemic era and accomplish the task of Healthy China,the Ministry of Education proposed the concept of New Medicine,and made it clear that the New Medicine would lead the innovation of medical education,promoting the integration of disciplines and technology,reforming the teaching model and cultivating outstanding medical talents for the whole-life cycle.The teaching of history-taking is an important part of clinical skills teaching.The key method in the teaching of history-taking is to simulate inquiring with a Standardized Patient(SP).With the arrival of the post-epidemic era,hospital management has become increasingly rigorous and clinical teaching resources have been strained day by day.Standardized Patients have become a hot topic in the field of clinical medical education because of the advantage of playing patients without any medical risk.Driven by the concept of New Medicine,this paper takes the actual teaching need and teaching experience of our college as the starting point,integrates the element of Internet,explores the new path of the teaching of history-taking construction,and proposes the method of constructing Student Standardized Patient(SSP)system,so as to enhance the inquiring skills of students and improve the professionalism of students.It lays a foundation for training high-level new medicine talents in line with the new national development strategy.
