Investigation and research on the current situation of professional values of medical students in the new era

目的了解当代医学生职业价值观现状,助力“健康中国”,引导医学生形成正确职业价值观,帮助高校适应当下社会形态的教育体系。密切、充分的结合当下教育革命,全面贯彻促进形成“新医科”背景下的医学教育体系,为振兴我国医学事业发展,在培育更多医学创新人才的基础上提高个人信念培养。方法采用文献研究法、专家咨询法、问卷调研法、归纳分析法等方收集整理分析数据,使用PASW Statistics 18.0统计软件进行卡方检验。结果四所医学院校的一至五年级共6487名医学大学生参与本次问卷调查研究。卡方检验的结果提示,四所学校的医学生在医学职业认知、职业兴趣、职业道德和职业理想四个维度均表现出明显差异(P值均小于0.05)。结论医学生对职业认知不足、对学科兴趣欠缺,医学职业道德培养亟须提高。医学生需要有正确的学习目标和计划的引导;高校教育应为医学生搭建学科平台,为医学生提供创新动力;医学生自身需深度结合当前社会,更好地适应社会形态服务于人民群众。

Objective To understand the current situation of professional values of contemporary medical students,help the Healthy China Strategy,guide medical students to form correct professional values,and help colleges and universities adapt to the current social form of the education system.Closely and fully integrate the current education revolution,fully implement and promote the formation of a medical education system under the background of new medical science.In order to revitalize the development of China's medical undertakings,we will improve the cultivation of personal beliefs on the basis of cultivating more medical innovative talents.Methods Literature research method,expert consultation method,questionnaire research method,inductive analysis method and other parties were used to collect and sort out analysis data,and PASW Statistics 18.0 statistical software was used for card verification.Results A total of 6487 medical college students from the first to fifth grades of the four medical colleges participated in the questionnaire.The results of the chi-square test suggest that medical students in four schools show significant differences in the four dimensions of medical professional cognition,professional interest,professional ethics and professional ideals(the P value is less than 0.05).Conclusion Medical students have insufficient professional awareness and interest in disciplines,and the cultivation of medical professional ethics urgently needs to be improved.Medical students need to be guided by correct learning goals and plans;college education should build a discipline platform for medical students to provide innovative motivation for medical students;medical students themselves need to deeply integrate into the current society and better adapt to the social form to serve the people.
